SMS Terms

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
The program
Designers Prescription LLC operates a text messaging program for clients who have booked, or asked to book, a design consultation or appointment with us. All messages identify Designers Prescription LLC as the sender.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our appointment request form and ticking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is never pre-selected, and you can submit an appointment request without ticking it. We store a record of your consent — the number, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time it was given — so we can demonstrate that consent was properly obtained.
What we send
Welcome message. A single message confirming your enrollment when you first opt in.
Appointment messages. Confirmations of appointments you book with us, reminders ahead of those appointments, and scheduling updates if an appointment needs to move.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments — typically a single welcome message when you opt in, and one to two messages per appointment you book. There are no recurring or scheduled messages outside of your appointments.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Designers Prescription LLC does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To opt back in, reply START.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to book an appointment with Designers Prescription LLC or to use any of our services. You can submit an appointment request without ticking the SMS consent box, and we will confirm by email or phone instead.
Scope of this program
Despite the word "Prescription" in our brand name, Designers Prescription LLC is a branding and graphic design agency. We are not a pharmacy, healthcare provider or medical business of any kind, and this messaging program is not used to send any health-related, pharmaceutical or prescription content. It is also not used to promote, advertise, sell or facilitate the sale of cannabis, CBD, firearms, ammunition, alcohol, tobacco or any other regulated product. Messages relate solely to design service appointments with our agency.
